I think this performance is some kind of holiday party at a kids rec-center, though it could also be some kind of benefit...

Another quasi off the radar low key acoustic set audience recording from the Warfield in '81; Cassidy is very well jammed and this performance of To Lay Me Down is particularly haunting...
